1. Terms of use

BuildBase is a product of Jagodana LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using BuildBase, you agree to these terms. These terms govern use of the BuildBase platform, website, documentation, and related services.

2. Services provided

Authentication, billing, email campaigns, workflow automation, and user management in one SDK. Build on BuildBase, ship your product. BuildBase provides infrastructure for building production-ready SaaS applications, including:

• Email, social, magic link, and API token authentication.
• Subscriptions, trials, credits, usage metering, and invoicing via Stripe.
• Campaign builder with templates, tracking, and compliance tools.
• Event-driven automation with a visual builder and conditional logic.
• Isolated workspaces with independent data, billing, and settings.
• TypeScript SDK with React hooks, components, and server functions.
• User profiles, smart lists, and attribute-based audience segmentation.
• Role-based permissions at the org and workspace level.
• Credit ledgers, quota limits, overage billing, and balance alerts.
• Workspace, user, and audience-level targeting with instant toggles.
• Web push with VAPID setup, subscriber management, and delivery tracking.
• Form builder with public embeds and workflow triggers on submission.
• Blog posts, docs, FAQs, testimonials, and asset management.
• User growth, email performance, geographic data, and revenue metrics.
• 84+ subscribable events with delivery logs and retries.
• Branded short URLs with click analytics and conversion tracking.
• Custom data schemas with versioned records and public APIs.
• Slack alerts for signups, payments, and workflow events.
• File upload, image optimization, tag-based organization, and CDN delivery.

3. Your account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform to build legitimate applications
• Not attempt to compromise or exploit platform systems
• Respect other users of the platform

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuildBase to:

• Send unsolicited emails (spam) or violate anti-spam laws
• Host, distribute, or link to illegal content
• Attempt to access other organizations' data or accounts
• Use the platform for phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Exceed reasonable usage that degrades service for other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Data processing

BuildBase processes data on behalf of its customers. When you use the platform to manage your end users' data (authentication, user profiles, email campaigns, form submissions), BuildBase acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of BuildBase complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consent from your end users. For organizations requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), contact [email protected].

6. Service availability

BuildBase strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or improvements may temporarily affect service access.

7. Pricing

For paid plans:

• Current pricing is published on the BuildBase website
• 30 days notice is provided before any price changes take effect
• Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time
• Fees are generally non-refundable
• Paid plans include a trial period for evaluation

8. Intellectual property

BuildBase retains ownership of the platform and its tooling. You retain ownership of your data, content, and applications. Your data is used solely to provide the services described in these terms.

9. Privacy and data collection

By using BuildBase, you acknowledge that the platform collects certain data to operate and improve the service. This includes information you provide (such as your name and email) and data collected automatically through analytics and tracking tools.

BuildBase uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Crisp, and Ahrefs. These services may set cookies and collect usage data as described in their respective privacy policies.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." BuildBase is not liable for damages beyond the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. BuildBase reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, associated data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Changes to terms

BuildBase may update these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the State of Wyoming, United States.
