Sign-ups, email and clicks, charted from records you already have.
The console dashboard reads what BuildBase already stores - users, audience, emails, short-link clicks, workspaces, subscriptions - and charts it by day, week, month or year in your organization's timezone. You add no tracking code, and every chart comes from a per-module endpoint you can call with an API token.
Your app is an organization in BuildBase. Your users sign in and work inside workspaces - one per team or customer.
You set up
In the console and the SDK
- Nothing - the dashboard reads data BuildBase already keeps
- The date range and grouping you want to look at
- An API token, if you want the numbers elsewhere
You get
For you and your team
- Sign-ups and growth over time
- Email opens, clicks and unsubscribes
- Where your users are, and when they sign up
Reports on data BuildBase already keeps
Each module reports on its own records, and the console puts them on one dashboard.
One Dashboard
Users, contacts, emails sent, link clicks and workspaces in one place, compared with the period before.
Growth Over Time
Sign-ups, contacts, workspaces and new subscriptions by day, week, month or year, in your own timezone.
Email Performance
How many emails were delivered, opened, clicked or unsubscribed, overall and for each campaign.
Where and When
Maps of where your users are, and a heatmap of the days and hours they sign up.
Link Clicks
Clicks over time for every short link, and a log of each click.
Workflows and Forms
How often each workflow step ran and failed, and how many submissions each form gets.
The same numbers, from the API
Every chart endpoint takes the same groupBy and date range. Some figures come from periodic rollups, so use them for trends, not exact live counts.
const API = 'https://api.console.buildbase.app/api';
const url = new URL(`${API}/users/chart`);
url.searchParams.set('groupBy', 'week'); // day | week | month | year
url.searchParams.set(
'filter',
JSON.stringify({ from: '2026-07-01T00:00:00Z', to: '2026-09-01T00:00:00Z' })
);
const res = await fetch(url, {
headers: { Authorization: process.env.BUILDBASE_TOKEN ?? '' },
});
console.log(await res.json());Works well with
Other modules for growth & insight.

User growth, email performance, click trends and geographic data.
Short links
Create trackable short links and read their click analytics.

Inspect instances, retry failed nodes, drain the dead-letter queue, and stop everything at once.
Author campaigns in the console, send to an audience, and track delivery through the REST API.
Admin API
Authenticate with an org API token and call the REST API behind the console modules.
Frequently Asked Questions
What people ask about Analytics.
Do my users see this?
No. The dashboard is in the console, for your team.
Does it show revenue or MRR?
No. It counts subscriptions, not money. Use Stripe for revenue reporting.
Are the numbers live?
Some figures come from rollups that refresh periodically, so use them for trends rather than exact live counts.
Can I track my own product events and funnels?
Not here. Send your events to your own analytics tools with Tracking & Tags.
