Emails sent through BuildBase may include tracking technologies to measure engagement:

• Open tracking — A small transparent image is included in emails. When the image loads, it records that the email was opened, along with the recipient's IP address and device information.
• Click tracking — Links in emails pass through our servers before redirecting to the destination. This records which links were clicked.

This data is used to measure campaign performance and improve email content. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. File uploads and storage

Files uploaded to BuildBase (images, documents, and other assets) are stored on Google Cloud Storage. File metadata including the original filename, file size, and type is stored in our database. Files may be public or private depending on the upload context. Uploaded files are deleted when the associated account or organization is removed.

Security practices are regularly reviewed and updated. Payment card details are never stored on our servers and are handled entirely by Stripe.

BuildBase is operated by Jagodana LLC in the United States. By using the service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

For organizations requiring data to remain in a specific jurisdiction, BuildBase offers a self-hosted deployment option where all data stays on your own infrastructure.
